When the Grand Cherokee is upgraded to a UAV, the programming enables a separate circuit for the screen to power on. If nothing on the screen bezel is working, except the hazard, then it's very likely the fuse for the ICS (Integrated Center Stack) and HVAC. Please check fuse F49 (10 amp Red micro fuse). For testing purposes, fuse F96 can be moved to position F49, as that fuse is just for rear heated seats and the flashlight charger.
The next thing to check is the fuse for the radio itself, however, if the screen bezel has highlighted knobs (LED's are working) then the fuse to check above (F49) is fine. The radio fuse is located by the battery under the passenger's seat (It's not in the fuse box). Look for a thick orange wire at the battery's wiring and check the fuse in the rubber capsule attached to that orange wire. It's a 20 amp yellow micro fuse.
