If there's an issue with the screen itself, and not the outer bezel shroud, the screen may need to come back for repair or exchange (if within warranty). Removing the screen is fairly simple. The screen is held to the bezel by 7 large screws on the back plate, and 2 smaller screws at the bottom of the bezel.

Once all 9 screws are removed, simply lift the outer bezel and the screen should slide off of the outer bezel.

Please do not send the screws with the screen, they will be needed to install the replacement or repaired screen when it returns.
