When installing the Grand Cherokee UBN module, some dashes may have a plastic trim at the top. That small trim piece may not allow the module to fully line up and mount, and gets blocked by the screw on our mounting bracket.
Simply remove the screw on the top left, preventing it from mounting, and it will mount just fine.
