If a customer reaches out because of a Pro Power Inverter Error, please confirm that the customer did not do a Console swap to a Jump Seat. This error occurs because the Jump seat does NOT have a 120 Volt Outlet. That will need to be programmed out of the vehicle in order for that error to go away, as a delete of the Pro Power Inverter.
We do not offer a Console swap upgrade, so this will be a rare occurrence, but still needs to be mentioned.
