Ready to make the most out of your outbound?
As businesses increasingly rely on SMS and voice communications to engage customers, the need for credibility, compliance, and reliability has never been higher. Twilio, a global cloud communications platform, offers a powerful way to acquire and manage business phone numbers, but simply buying a number isn’t enough.
To get the most from Twilio’s ecosystem, businesses must also complete a Trust Hub profile. Below, we break down the real benefits of using Twilio for number provisioning, and why the Trust Hub registration is crucial for performance, compliance, and scalability.
Why Does This Matter To You?
If you're using Twilio to call or text prospects, just buying a phone number isn't enough anymore. To make sure your calls go through and your texts don't get blocked, you need to fill out something called a Trust Hub form.
It’s a quick step that tells carriers you’re a legit business—so your calls don’t show up as spam and your texts actually get delivered. No Trust Hub = more blocked calls, flagged numbers, and lower response rates.
Bottom line: Trust Hub helps you reach prospects without issues. Fill it out once, and you’re good to go.
Where Do I Go To Complete The TrustHub Form?
The Admin of your Selling.com account will need to complete this form for the entire team.
If you are the Admin, or you only have one license with us, here are the steps needed to complete the TrustHub form:
Go to the Outreach Tab
Select Dialer Settings
Choose the TrustHub Tab
Fill out all of the required fields
Hit Save
You should get an approval message via email and in-app within 48 to 72 hours after completing the form.
