What’s The Best Way To Continuously Receive Contacts From My Intent Report?

Ready to maximize your Intent results? By combining your latest Intent Report with our Workflow feature, you can use automation to consistently deliver leads to Excel, any native CRM, or a Sequence within Selling.com

Let's walk through each step, starting with creating your new Intent search and ending with finalizing your Workflow.

Creating Your Search with Intent

To get started, go to the Advanced Search page. From there, open the Signals filter, select Intent, and choose up to 12 topics.

Once you've finalized your search select the Actions button and click Create Workflow. In the pop up window choose the Save Search option and assign it a name.

Create a Workflow

After naming your Saved Search and selecting Save, you’ll be redirected to the Workflow page. Here, you’ll be prompted to answer a series of questions that set the parameters and guidelines for automatically sending contacts from your search to your chosen destination—whether that’s Excel, a CRM, or a Sequence.

What to Except

The Workflow will continue to export contacts from your Saved Search at the interval you’ve set. Since the Intent Report updates every two weeks, after your Workflow processes the initial results, you’ll start receiving new contacts from companies showing intent on the topics you’ve selected. This ensures a continuous stream of fresh leads for your sales team to pursue.
