What Happens When An Email Bounces In A Sequence?

When you verify your data using Selling.com's Real-Time Data Verification, your email bounce rate should stay below 3%. While occasional bounces are normal, they’ll be few and far between. Either way, our system is designed to handle bounced emails seamlessly, so you don’t have to break a sweat managing them.

In a Sequence, when an email bounces that Prospect will be marked with a Bounced Status.

To help maintain a positive sender reputation, we automatically remove bounced emails from your sending schedule, ensuring those prospects don’t receive any further messages from you.

You can review which prospects emails have bounced by going to your Sequence, selecting the Prospect tab and filtering by Bounced using the Statuses graphic:
