First, click on 'Search' and 'Select' Saved Searches on the top of your screen in the grey banner.

Select the Saved Search you wish to edit.

Add or remove any criteria that you'd like. Once your done making all changes, You can save a new Saved Search, but not update the existing one.

Once you're done with naming your new Saved Search, you're all set!
