How Do I Export Contacts From My Search to Excel?

In this article you will learn how to export your search results to Excel in CSV format.

If you wish to Export your search results, it can be done right from the Search page. Now, there are two ways to select records for Export:

  1. To Export your entire list of search results - on the Search page, hit the Export button and select Excel or

  2. To Export specific records only - on the Search page, check the boxes of all records you wish to export and hit the Export button.

Select Excel and navigate between the tabs of the pop-up to specify the fields you wish to Export:

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: Hit "Save contact fields" to save your current selection for future Exports.

Then, hit Next. In the following pop-up you can Limit total records and records per company in your Export. You may also want to assign a Name to your Export that way it's easily identifiable in your Export History.

Real-Time Data Verification is already checked for you but if you want Mobile phone numbers then you'll need to check the box next to Enrich with Mobile Phones. Once you've selected that a 3rd option will appearโ€”Include only Contacts with Mobile Phones. By select that option any contact that doesn't have a mobile phone number will not appear in your Excel.

Lastly, click Prepare my export. You will be notified by email and inside the app once the report is ready. Simply hit Click here in the notification pop-up. In the email notification click on the link.

In the opened window you can see a quick summary and download your file:

All of your Exports will be stored in your Export History in Settings. Keep in mind your exports are only held for 21 days, so make sure you download the file as soon as your receive the notification (in-app or via email).
