Your export lists are stored in our database for 21 days. During this time they stay available for Download.
After 3 weeks, the export files can no longer be downloaded.
Now, let's dive right in and show you how to access previous Exports 👇
Navigate the Account Settings icon and hit the "Settings" button:
Open the "Export History" tab to see your history.
For reports no older than 21 days, you can see two types of buttons:
Download - for previously downloaded files. You won't be charged if you download them again.
Preview - for reports that were not yet downloaded. Upon hitting "Preview", you will see a quick pop-up summary of your list:
After clicking "Download" you will be charged the number of credits listed in the summary window.
