Reviewing your previous exports can be done in 2 easy steps! To navigate to your Export History Page:
Click on the Settings icon in the top right corner of the app
Select Export history on the left
For reports no older than 21 days, you can see two types of buttons:
Download - for previously downloaded files. You won't be charged if you download them again.
Preview - for reports that were not yet downloaded. Upon hitting "Preview", you will see a quick pop-up summary of your Export.
After clicking "Download" you will be charged the number of credits listed in the summary window.
All users can sort their Exports by Bulk Exports and Single Contact Exports for quick, easy organization.
An Admin user can view both their own Exports and those of other users:
As it stands, the Export history page isn't likely a place you 'll spend a lot of time on when you're in that app, but it's important to understand how to download your Exports.
