Whether you are generating your first Intent report, or updating an existing one, you are going to notice there are many more topics to choose from.
We now have all of our Intent topics listed in the product, check it out! 👇
You're going to see that the topics will have either a GREEN or a RED circle (🔴/🟢) next to them:
🟢 indicates that the Intent topic is opened and readily available to use.
🔴 indicates that we have the topic, but it is not opened yet.
No need to fret! If there is a 🔴 next to the terms you want to utilize, simply create a list of the Intent topics you wish to have opened and email them to us or send via in-app chat.
