How Can I Check My CRM Export History?

In this article you'll learn how to keep track of which CRM exports are being validated or ready to be sent to your CRM!

Here are some quick and easy steps to view your CRM Export History, and check the status of each Export.

How to Check Your Export History

  1. Open Settings in the top-right corner of the platform.

  2. Select Export History from the menu.

  3. Under Export Type, you’ll see the CRM you’re exporting to.

On the Export History page you will also see Status and Actions columns. Here are the different messages you would see there and their meanings:

If you see the Validating Contact Records... message, that means your contacts are still going through Real-Time Data Verification.

If you see a Preview button under the Actions column, it means your export is pending your confirmation before being sent to your CRM.

Click Preview to review the number of credits you’ll use, then confirm to send the export to your CRM.

Finally, if you see the Download message with a check mark, it means your export has already been sent to your CRM.

If you click "Download" you can download the export you sent to the CRM to a CSV file!

🔑 Note: any export file that is not downloaded within 21 days is removed from the product permanently

Always be sure to check the status of your Exports on your Export History page to ensure they are processing smoothly. If all else fails you'll receive a reminder via email notification once your Export to your CRM is ready to be imported.
