Here are some quick and easy steps to view your CRM export history, and check the status of them!
First you are going to open up your Settings on the far right of the platform:
Select Export History:
Under Export Type you will see the CRM you are exporting to:
In this window you will also see Status and Actions columns. Here are the different messages you would see there and their meanings:
If you see the "Verifying..." message, that means the emails of the contacts you are exporting are still being validated π
If you have "Preview" under the Actions column, that means your export is ready to be sent to your CRM:
All you need to do is click "Preview" so you can confirm the amount of credits you are spending and the export will be sent to your CRM:
Finally, if you see the "Download" message and the check mark, that means you have already sent your export to your CRM:
Pro Tip: if you click "Download" you can download the export you sent to the CRM to a CSV file!
Note: any export file that is not downloaded within 21 days is removed from the product permanently π
