How Do I Create Prospects From Advanced Search?

When using Selling.com Sequences, you will need to have a list of Prospects to add to your Sequence.

If your Selling.com subscription includes export credits, you can use the Advanced Search feature to find ideal contacts to add to your Prospect list to use in your Sequence.

You can do this by selecting the ‘Add To Sequence’ option on the right side of your screen of the search results page, which will convert the selected contacts to Prospects, which you will now be able to add to a Sequence.

A pop up will appear with some fields you will need to complete, which will tell the system exactly how to process the transfer of the contacts' data.

  1. You can select an owner for the contacts you are sending your Prospects tab. You can either choose to make yourself the owner, or choose one of your colleagues to be the owner, if they have an Selling.com account.

  2. You can also create tags to label your Prospects with. This will help you keep track of which Prospects should be added to which Sequence.

  3. You can add contacts to a Sequence directly from Selling.com to save yourself time too.

  4. Don’t forget to click ‘Real-Time Data Verification’ to ensure that when your contacts appear in the Prospects tab, their information is up to date and ready to be part of your sequence! Selecting 'Enrich with Mobile Phones' will ensure you get the mobile phone number of as many of your Prospects as possible!

Once the contacts have been verified, you will receive an email notification to let you know that the list is ready, and will tell you how many Prospects were created and how many credits will be deducted for the export.

Once you have confirmed the number of credits to be charged (1 credit per contact), a notification will pop up on your screen that will take you to the list of Prospects you just created.
