In some cases you may want to exclude a list of people from your search, potentially this could be a list of current clients or people you are already engaged with.
In Advanced Search, open the filter called Contact Details. Here you can add the emails one by one or upload a CSV file.
To upload a file, select the tiny up arrow in the Contact Email field.
💡 Tip: Download our template CSV since it's already formatted correctly.
Once your list has been uploaded check the box next to Exclude Above Emails From Search, effectively suppressing the contacts with those emails from appearing in your search results.
Follow the above steps each time you want to exclude a list of contacts from your search!
As another option, you can upload emails you would like to suppress using our Suppression feature. These suppressions apply only to searches and all exports, including those sent directly to the Prospects page. Learn more here!
