In Other Filters you have the option to check boxes next to Business Email Exists and Exclude Exported Contacts.

If you need all of your contacts to have a business email address then check the box next to Business Email Exists, before hitting the Save button.

Check the box next to Exclude Exported Contacts if you do not want duplicates, before hitting the Save button.
