On the Advanced Search Page in Other Filters you have the option to check boxes next to:
Let's define these two selections and go over some examples of why they can be helpful!
Business Email Exists
By checking the Business Email Exists box, all contacts without a business email will be excluded from your search.
For example, if you’re running a sales or marketing email–only campaign, you’ll likely want to export only contacts with a verified business email, so you should select this box.
However, if you plan to call these Prospects as well, it’s best not to check the box. This way, you won’t limit your search to only contacts with emails—you’ll also include those with phone numbers.
Exclude Exported Contacts
By checking the Exclude Exported Contacts box, any contacts you’ve previously exported will be removed from your search results, leaving you with only net-new contacts.
You’ll want to use this option if you’ve already exported contacts from the same search in the past, ensuring you don’t duplicate records.
Together, these options help you tailor your searches to fit your outreach strategy, whether that means focusing only on contacts with emails or ensuring you’re working with net-new prospects. Using them wisely keeps your campaigns cleaner, more targeted and effective.
