How Do I Set Up AI Email Generation?

Are you wanting to write an email to a specific prospect, or need help generating email templates for sales/marketing sequences?

In this article we will cover how to set up the AI email generator and go over to use cases.

Before you can use the tool, you will need tell our system about your companies solutions and unique offerings. To do this go into your Settings on the top right of the blue banner.

Scroll down to Emailing and select AI Email Generation.

You will now be required to complete all of the below fields with your company's information and hit Save.

Lets look at the two main use cases for our AI Email Generator!

Use Case #1 - Inside the Prospect Card

When you are ready to write an email, select the name of the Prospect you wish to reach out to. Once you're in the Prospect card click the email option from the dropdown menu in the Task Manager.

Next, once the email window pops up, you'd first need to enter the Prospects email address before selecting Generate AI Email.

Tip: It is extremely important to review and edit generated emails. Make any necessary edits or adjustments before hitting send.

Use Case #2 - Inside the Chrome Extension on LinkedIn

When you are ready to write an email, go to the LinkedIn Profile of the Prospect you wish to reach out to. Once you're on the Prospects Profile click on Generate Personalised Email.

Once the email has been generated you can click the Save as Template option or copy and paste the email.

Now that you understand how to set up the AI Email Generator, go ahead and take your emailing to the next level!
