How Do I Set Up My Dialer Settings?

Are you ready to set up your Dialer and get to calling those Prospects!

Open up your 'Settings' on the top right of the blue banner and 'Select' Dialer Settings.

The first and most important step is to complete the Trust Hub Form.

The Trust Score for outbound calling allows phone carriers to validate the caller and build the highest possible level of trust for your outbound calls. This helps to improve the reputation of your calls, preventing them from going straight to voicemail and being labelled as “Spam Caller”, or even blocked. Give your Prospects more reasons to pick up the phone!

Note: You will received an email notification when your submission was approved.

Now its time to set up the rest of your Dialer Settings. 'Select' My Settings. The first step is to hit +Connect to connect the number you'd like to make your calls from (Keep in mind that you are able to purchase additional phone numbers from us should you need them).

Set up your Call Timeout, as we automatically set this to 30seconds, if no answer the Dialer would move onto the next call.

Set up your Prospect Phone Prioritization.

If you are an Admin you can set up Team's Dialer Setting under this Tab.

Dispositions toggle over the dispositions you wish to have active or simply add any dispositions you'd like.

Lastly set up the Behaviour and Dispositions for your Autodialer.
