Tired of digging through your Prospect's activity history just to find that one call you made? Need to listen back on some of your conversations before your next meeting with the prospective client? Our Calls page will collect all of your outbound and inbound calls in chronological order making your call logs easier then ever to access and review.
The Call Page Basics
There are quite a few filters and things you can do on the Calls page so let's cover the basics. First go to the Outreach Tab at the top of your screen in the blue banner and click on Calls beneath the Calling column.
On the Calls page you'll see all of your calls listed in chronological order with the most recent calls at the top. At the top of the page you also have lots of filter to choose from to help you quickly navigate to the call you're looking for. For example, if you're looking for a call you made on June 4th click on the Date filter and select June 4th as the beginning and ending date. As a result you will see all outbound/inbound calls made on that date.
Let's say you only want to see calls with a Disposition of Meeting Booked on June 4th - Simply click on the Dispositions filter and choose Meeting Booked from the drop down menu. As a result you will see calls made on June 4th with Meeting Booked as the Disposition.
Beneath the filters you'll notice each column header describes the data listing below it - Prospect, User, Call Details, Disposition, Notes, Date of Creation, AI Call Analytics and Actions. You can click on the note pad icon underneath the Notes column to review any notes you might have taken during that last call with the prospective client. For more activity history click on the Prospect's name in the Prospect column.

Call Recordings
You should be recording each call made using Selling.com. This will come in handy for reviewing it later on and for AI Call Analytics, however today we will only cover how to access and listen to the recording.
It's super simple! First step is to find the contact you want to see by using the filters we discussed in The Call Page Basics section of this article. Once you've identified the right contact scan to the right of your screen to the Actions column. Under the Actions column click on the play icon. You'll be redirected to a new tab and the call will begin playing.
