To keep all your information in the same place and personalize your outreach approach, you can now add Notes for both Prospects and Accounts.
Let's go over how to create a Note and where you can find those notes later on.
Creating Notes
Adding a Note to a Prospect
Let's say you've just had a conversation with a Prospect and you want to leave notes that you can come back to later. To create a new Note select the Notes tab on the Prospect Card and click +Add Note.
Adding a Note to an Account
The steps here are pretty much the same. Navigate to the Account Card, click on the Notes Tab and select +Add Notes.

Locating Existing Notes
You can view the most recent Notes under the Contact Info section in the Prospects tab, and you can click See more to open Prospect Card Notes to see all Notes (call, prospect, and account).
Feel free to start adding Notes to your Prospects and Accounts where it makes sense to.
