Do you have multiple personas and segments to target? Now you can tailor your email messages to audiences and customer segments to get better response rates. Account admins can find these Personas under Settings -> Emailing -> AI Personas.

To add a Persona, click on Add AI Persona on the right and specify the product or service information, unique selling proposition, email tone, sales philosophy, and word count and then click Save.
