Sales success often comes down to timing and efficiency. By setting Conditions in your Sequence Steps, you can automate the “what happens next” so Prospects move seamlessly through your workflow while you stay focused on building real connections.
You can now add specific Conditions to each Sequence Step whether it is Call or Email. When your Condition is met (e.g. A Prospect clicks your email twice), a certain Action happens (e.g. Move that Prospect to another Sequence, receive a push notification). This will be incredibly helpful in automating more repetitive manual tasks in a given Sequence so you can spend more time on core selling tasks.
Let's over what this looks like in practice!
To create a Condition, select any Sequence Step and click Add Condition. Choose the Condition and Action you want and then click Save.
For each Condition you add you can also choose to be notified by email, in-app, or both!
You can create Conditions based on all kinds of behaviors—replies, clicks, call dispositions, call outcomes and conversions. Take a moment to explore what makes most sense for your outreach process and strategy.
🔑 Note: Not every Action requires a Condition. For example, if a Prospect opens your email but doesn’t reply, they’ll still move to the next Step in your Sequence. The same applies if a Call Outcome is marked as “Not Answered” the Prospect will continue on to the next Step.
Sequence Flow Map
Having trouble keeping track of all Conditions you have set for a given Sequence? The new Sequence Flow Map will allow you to visually see an overview of all the Conditions for a Sequence as well as for each Sequence Step.
To see this, click Sequence Flow on the right.
