You can now add specific Conditions to each Sequence Step whether it is Call or Email. When your Condition is met (e.g. A Prospect clicks your email twice), a certain Action happens (e.g. Move that Prospect to another Sequence). This will be incredibly helpful in automating more repetitive manual tasks in a given Sequence so you can spend more time on core selling tasks.
To do this, select any Sequence Step and click Add Condition. Choose the Condition and Action you want and then click Save.

Having trouble keeping track of all Conditions you have set for a given Sequence? The new Sequence Flow Map will allow you to visually see an overview of all the Conditions for a Sequence as well as for each Sequence Step.
