Don’t want to waste credits on exporting contacts that already exist in your CRM?
In one easy click you can exclude existing contacts in your CRM, saving you credits and time on real-time verification. Let's review!
On the Advanced Search page, once you've narrowed your results using the filters, you'll need to select the Export button and choose your CRM of choice. In my screenshot you'll see that I'll be exporting to Salesforce but the CRM you select will be listed in it's place at the top. The check box we discuss will remain the same.
In the export window, to avoid exporting contacts you may already have in you CRM check the Exclude Contacts Existing in {Insert CRM Name Here} box.
And that's it! Checking this box during export will simplify your workflow and prevent wasted credit usage and contact duplication leading to annoying CRM data congestion.
