Need to make changes to your Workflow, or just want to pause it for the time being? Editing a Workflow or Pausing one can be done in just a few clicks. Read on to learn how.
Edit a Workflow
To edit a Workflow, start be going to the Workflow Tab and identifying which Workflow you want to make changes to. Then select the three little dots to the right of the Workflow, and choose "Edit."
Once you've chosen "Edit" make the changes by selecting the field inline with the number you want to change. Let's say I no longer want to Enrich my contacts with Mobile Phone data. In this case I would select the field next inline with Step 13 and change the answer to 'No."
After you've made all the changes you'd like, hit the Save button at the bottom right of your screen. The changes you've made are now active and no further action is required.
Pause a Workflow
Go the the Workflow Tab and select the three little dots to the right of the Workflow. Then select the "Pause" option from the drop down menu.
From there, you will be asked to confirm that you would like to pause the Workflow. No further action is needed once you've confirmed.
Ready to resume your Workflow? Simply follow the same steps listed above, and select "Resume" from the drop down menu.
