What if editing your Sequence was as easy as adding an extra topping to your favorite pizza exactly where you want it?
You can now seamlessly insert a Task, Call, or Email Step at any point in your existing Sequence. Whether you want to build out the beginning, fine-tune the middle, or expand the end, this flexibility makes it easier to shape the exact flow you need. With the freedom to add steps anywhere, you gain more control to test, adjust, and optimize your outreach strategy without starting over.
Selecting the order you want to insert the new Step is the same for Task, Call and Email Steps.
Here’s a quick example: adding a Call Step between the first two Email Steps.
When you insert a new Step, the Sequence will refresh to display the updated order.
Your former Step 2, now shifted to Step 3, will keep its original Waiting Interval. The new Step 2 will follow the Waiting Interval you set during creation.
It's as simple as that!
