How Do I Deactivate Purchased Phone Numbers?

In this article you will learn how to deactivate purchased phone numbers and understand when they will be deleted from the queue.

Lets look at how to delete purchased phone numbers in a few easy steps:

  1. Click on the Outreach Tab

  2. Select Dialer Settings

  3. Choose Team Settings

  4. Select the Trash Icon to the right of the of the phone number you wish to delete

Before deleting the phone number you will receive a confirmation date for when the number will be deleted from the queue:

When a number is deleted, it will appear as deactivated in the queue:

In summary, deleting purchased phone numbers only takes a few clicks. After the billing date, you can replace the number with a new one by following these instructions
