Set Up Your AI Sequence Parameters
Use AI Email Sequence Generator to define advanced logic and Sequence parameters based on your Email Campaign goals. Define details including campaign goals, AI Email persona type, unique selling points, email tonality, sales philosophy and word count.
On the Sequence Dashboard Click Generate AI Sequence
Give the Sequence a Name and determine Schedule & Engagement Rules
Select the email you want to assign to the Sequence in Mailbox Management—if you're only use one email then no action is needed here
Fill out your Daily Limits
Choose your Tracking preferences
Click Save
On the next page, titled Generate AI Email Sequence, select the AI Persona you want to use in the AI Persona section or click on Create AI Persona to set up a new one. Click here to learn more about creating AI Personas
Click Next
Review and confirm the number of email Steps you want in your Sequence: Click +Add Step to add another email Step or select the 'x' next to one of the steps to remove it
Click Generate Sequence
Review, Editing and Confirmation Stage
Once the system has analyzed your AI Persona and Sequence goals, you'll move on to the review, editing and confirmation stage.
Each page will walk you through the email Steps. Feel free to read through the text, remove what you don't want and add anything you deem necessary to communicate what you're selling to the Prospect.
Select Regenerate Email to have the system come up with a new email copy if you aren't satisfied with the first version.
During this stage you can add Variables to the email copies which will automatically be filled in for each Prospect in the Sequence. For example, my email intro says 'Hey There,' but I want to replace the word There with the Prospect's first name. Remove There and add the {first_name} Variable in it's place.
You can also make edits to the Font, Size, Alignment. Bold, Underline or Italicize text for emphasis. Insert Tables, Bulleted or Numbered Lists.
Your Sending Mode for all Email Steps will be Automatic by default. And for the Step 1 there is no Waiting Interval—for all other steps you can accept the default Waiting Interval of 2 days or change it to whatever you prefer.
Click Confirm at the bottom of the page to move to the next Email Step. if the Confirm button is not blue it means you've missed a step, so go back and make sure each section in completed!
On the last Email Step hit Save Sequence.
From there you'll be directed to a new screen where each step will be displayed in sequential order.

Now, you're just a few moments away from launching your first AI Sequence!

Lastly, before your new Sequence can start you'll need to Activate it. On the Sequence Dashboard, remove the Active Status and slide the toggle to the right next to the Sequence you want to Activate.
