Why was I denied from a campaign?

There are numerous reasons why advertisers would deny a creator from a campaign. This could be due to, but not limited to, one or more of the reasons below:

  • incompatible account type (typical for faceless accounts)

  • the ad submitted has been flagged as copyrighted or previously submitted.

If your link was working and it no longer is generating revenue, you might want to check out this question: My link was working but it isn't: why?

Why do approvals take long?

Campaign approvals take 1-3 business days for approval. This is due to the sheer amount of applications we receive for each campaign.

Can you automatically approve my friend for the Infuse app?

Infuse is a secure platform that requires careful consideration prior to granting access. So that we can maintain the safety and security of users, approvals are done on a rolling basis rather than instantaneously. Because our platform is completely invite-only, referral codes are used as recommendations to the Infuse app, not an automatic entry. Those who have referral codes from existing users have the opportunity to fast-track the application process so that access can be granted more quickly.

We understand how important it is to be able to access Infuse and we’re committed to granting access as quickly and securely as possible.

My link was working but now it isn't - why?

Based on the performance and quality of a creator's traffic, advertisers decide if they want to continue to work with each individual creator. Due to this reason, most likely your campaign was paused. This could be due to, but not limited to, one or more of the reasons outlined by the advertisers below:

  • bad offer/creator fit

  • your traffic quality isn't up to par with the advertiser's standards

  • poor ad quality

  • the ad submitted has been flagged as copyrighted or previously submitted.

Because our platform is available for creators of all shapes and sizes, advertisers can activate and pause creators without notice to the creators. Being paused on one campaign due to bad quality may affect your approval status for similar campaigns.
