Overview

After you have created and sent a Bid Package and received and reviewed proposals, you can post a bidder's proposal amount to your Budget/ACR to see how it compares to your budget for the corresponding cost code(s). This proposal amount will populate the "Pending Contract Amount" column. This is also the first step in creating a contract from a proposal.

Process

  1. Open the Bid Package

  2. For the bidder you wish to proceed with, find their bid card and click the button with the three dots > Post to ACR

  3. This will post the bidder's proposal amount into the "Pending Contract Amount" column on your Budget/ACR. If you need to remove this bidder and post another, click the three dots again > Remove from ACR

  4. After posting to the ACR, to notify the winning bidder and start the contract process, click Proceed to Contract. This will carry the details of the proposal into the contract stage, where you can add additional information and ultimately mark the contract as executed.
