Overview
To access your INGENIOUS.BUILD account, go to https://auth.ingeniousbuild.com/home and log into your account using your original credentials.
What to do if you receive an error code after clicking the link above:
Go to https://auth.ingeniousbuild.com/logout. This will log you out of your workspace session completely and reset your login.
Re-enter your user name and password.
What to do if you still cannot login/access login page:
Clear your cache by copy and pasting this link chrome://settings/?search=CACHE into your Google Chrome web browser. Clearing your cache will refresh your web browser's history and allow INGENIOUS.BUILD to start fresh.
Go back to the login page and click on Forgot Password
Enter your email address for the account you want to access
You will receive an email titled “New password”
Click “Reset Password”
You will be taken to a screen with the email address from step 3 pre-populated
Enter and submit your new password
You will then be logged in and redirected to Dashboard. At this point your browser should prompt you to update your stored password. Click yes and you should be all set!
