Overview
Over time, users may want to upgrade their accounts or adjust the number of employees registered within the Ingenious platform. Administrative users have the authority to alter their company's subscription plan and the cap of employees in accordance to the terms and conditions.

Process
From any page within the Ingenious platform navigate to Company Settings in the upper right corner of the screen by clicking the profile outline symbol > click Company Settings
2. Navigate on the left-hand panel to Subscription Plan > click on Subscription Plan
3. To edit your subscription plan > click on the Edit button on the bottom left-hand corner of the Billing Information screen
4. Once arriving to the Billing Information page, you are able to edit account type, billing frequency, subscription plan, and the credit card on file for billing. To save edits > click on the Save button on the bottom left-hand corner of the screen
