New Feature Release (👏 !!!):

Invoices & Pay Applications: We’ve added a drop down filter on the right-hand side of the feature that enables you to customize the view of invoices that flows from the SoV’s in executed contracts. This filtered view becomes especially valuable when you are reviewing invoices that have a high-volume of invoice line items. The filter options are as follows: “All Lines,” “Lines Billed this Period,” and “All View.”

The selection of “All Lines,” presents all lines of the invoice and is the traditional default view. The filter, “Lines Billed this Period,” is the default view for invoices received from on-system vendors and will only show invoices in which have been billed for the selected period while simultaneously collapsing other quoted items that are not billed for the respective time period. The filter, “Lines with Adjustments,” refers to invoices that are sent from parent to child and invoices where the child will make changes and send it back to the parent (see below for a visual):

Invoicing Change Orders: a new notification will now call out base contract quoted items from approved change orders (see below highlighted in red):

Additionally, you can now edit invoices and decide whether assigning it to a pay application package is necessary.

Feature Enhancements (👊 Niiiice):

Contracts: When you create a manual contract and fill out the quoted items, the quoted item name will be the name of the phase on the SoV.

Tasks: We have added a kanban board to view our task feature. This allows you to view all tasks with a specific status (e.g. Not Started; In Progress; Under Review, etc.).

Workflow Enhancements (🙌 Yay Efficiency!):

Contracts: For contracts between the Owner and Owner’s Rep, when you add a project without a contract, the Owner or the Owner Rep can now take action to initiate the project in a “round-robin” style that is dependent on who takes action first.

User-Interface Upgrades (😍 Ooh La La!):

Proposals - Bid Packages: You can now add proposals from your sub-vendors and consultants through the Proposal, Bid Packages module. This tool will allow you to solicit bids from your vendor teams and include them as part of your proposal. Once you’ve received bids, select the package you’d like to proceed with by clicking on “Bid Actions” and selecting “Use for Budget / Hold.” Once selected, you’ll be able to add Quoted Items from your vendor's proposal into your Budget / Fee by selecting “Add Bid” from the Budget / Fee screen.

Change Orders: You can now add off-and-on-system contacts for record from all change orders. You can now either invite an on-system contact or you can add an off-system contact for record with an off-system vendor.

You can now use a change order request to post an estimate to the Budget/ ACR to a cost code that is not associated with a contract. This is for record keeping purposes and can be used as a way of forecasting potential pending costs.

Pay Apps: Numerous updates were made to invoices, this includes updating tiles to “Billed Year to Date”; “Total Billed This Period”; “Retention Summary”; “Payments”. This same detail is presented now when viewing pay applications by Vendor (refer to visual below):

Additionally, the action button within pay applications will always be present on invoices so you can export to PDF and we’ve improved the current “status” to always be at the left of the top status bar.

Tasks: Various enhancements have been made to the slide out to improve user experience

Bug-Fixes (💥 SQUASH!):

All Applications: Project IDs are now incrementing correctly.

Bid Packages: Various UI/UX improvements and enhancements were made to bid packages.

Budget / ACR: When exporting the Budget / ACR to PDF, figures presented in the ACR detail now display properly and are accurate.

Invoices: The invoice timeline now correctly states when an invoice has been created, submitted, or sent for a revision, informative funding source tool tip and correctly displaying net billed to date amounts.

  • When funding a subcontractor pay app package, the status now correctly states “Returned for Revision.”

Invoice Comments: Now when you receive an invoice on-system from a vendor and only enter an adjustment in the comment and not any monetary value on the line item and click “Revise and Resubmit,” you and the vendor are able to open the invoice and can make the appropriate edits.

Vendor Invoice ID: the vendor invoice number now correctly displays on the application packages.

Meeting Minutes PDF Export: When exporting your meeting minutes to PDF, the correct dates will now appear.

Project Directory: When adding a new company within your project directory, the “Add New Company” slide out will now display correctly.
