New Feature Release (👏 !!!):

Change Orders: Now when adding files within the contract exchange, a new folder will be created within that change order folder called, “Contract Amendments.”

Exporting Pay Apps to PDF: Pay Application Packages containing approved invoices can now have the summary page edited to direct your clients on how to proceed with handling of the invoices within the package.

  • Add approved invoices to the pay app package

  • Click Actions > click Configure Cover Page PDF Export

  • Make all applicable edits to the summary texts > click Save. Edits will be shown when you export the package to PDF.

Pay Applications: Notifications have been added for when adjustments are made to invoices and funding packages from on-system users. Please note that only those included within the “Attention To” and “Attention From” fields will receive notifications.

Feature Enhancements (👊 Niiiice):

Discussions:

  • Notifications: Any time anyone writes into a discussion you are involved in, an in-app notification in the upper right-hand corner will now appear prompting you to join the discussion.

  • Real Time Discussion: when multiple users are typing simultaneously, you will now be able to see who is typing in real-time at the bottom of the discussion window.

Documents: To save you time and reduce the amount of clicks you must perform to share a file, the default settings on all files within the “Shared Files” folder will now be “shared.”

File Types for Uploads: files marked as .PDF (upper case) are now accepted into the platform. Previously, users were limited to only uploading .pdf (lower case) file types.

Workflow Enhancements (🙌 Yay Efficiency!):

Companies: We have applied improvements to the field options within the company list. Additionally, we have added a Payment Details section for companies listed in your workspace. Within a few weeks we will release an update that allows you to direct clients on how your vendors need to receive payment.

Documents: The pay applications folder (within Invoices in the Documents module) now first contains the company name, followed by the second folder containing the invoice number.

RFP: When an RFP moves to the Proposal stage, the conversation within RFP will now move automatically to the Proposal and include a link within the RFP discussion, to guide users to the Proposal discussions.

Within the “Important Dates” section of RFP Details, the date and time is now required for Pre-Bid Walk Through and Bid Due Dates. All other items do not require a recorded date and time.

Task: Users that are the originator of a task or have an Administrator account type within a workspace can lock or unlock a task.

Bug-Fixes (💥SQUASH!):

Bid Package: The alternate quoted items within a bid package will no longer switch to “Main” after selecting bidders and the ability to reject and revise and resubmit a bid package is now working properly.

Various UI/UX and text improvements have been made to bid packages. Additionally, when comparing bid packages by Q&A, you are now able to upload files to manual bids.

Budget: Upon receiving a revision of the budget from the client and clicking on the “Acknowledge” action of a revision, it will now take you to the budget/ fee tab.

When approving the budget / ACR the validation notification text has been updated.

Companies: When creating a new company, the drop-down values for the “Division” field will now correctly display according to the assigned account type.

Proposals: Various text and UI/UX improvements have been applied to the proposal feature. Additionally, now when completing a proposal, you will no longer receive a “Proposal Not Complete” notification.

RFP: On RFP’s that are expired, withdrawn, or rejected, you now have the ability to participate in discussions and upload files.

Slide-Outs: Various UI/UX improvements have been made to slide-outs to prevent them from appearing on top of the “My Account” drop down.

Tasks: Improvements have been made to the UI/UX of the task feature to make it more intuitive.
