New Feature Release (👏 !!!):

Company Settings: Within “Preferences'' in Company Settings, you can now configure settings to allow a Project Manager to start a project. This new feature is valuable for firms that have a simple organization structure.

Sync All: You are now able to preview files that have not yet been synced in all features that share files (sync means you have a copy of that file on your workspace). This enables you to have access to your own version of files that are shared with you.

Feature Enhancements (👊 Niiiice):

Schedule Planning: You will now have the ability to turn off accessibility to the Schedule Planning module for the employees listed with a Foreman Account type. This option is available within Company settings of your workspace (navigate to Schedule Planning > Settings).

Workflow Enhancements (🙌 Yay Efficiency!):

Budget: From within a budget change, there is now an action button in the upper right-hand corner to “export authorization,” this does not appear until the change has been saved for the first time. This action allows you to export the budget change authorization to PDF and the export will be below the PDF template (which is portrait view).

Project Wizard: When navigating in a new project without a contract (in feasibility mode), you now have the option to create a proposal or go to the main contract and proceed to submit a proposal to the client for that project.

Bug-Fixes (💥SQUASH!):

Budget/ACR: When adding and saving very large numbers to the cost code detail, the figures will no longer disappear within the budget/ACR.

When exporting the ACR detail, company details in the pending contracts column now properly populate to the “Total Uncommitted” and “Total Anticipated” columns.

Company Settings: “Email Notifications” within company settings has been updated to “Assignments & Email Notifications.”

Contacts: The main address that appears for company contacts will now correctly appear.

Contracts: When contract values appear as “$0,” the contract value within the top banner of the contract will no longer show “N/A.”

When creating a new contract, now both the contract initiation date and the effective date are both editable until the contract is executed.

Now when adding an off-system contract, the text within the banner appearing in the Statement of Values tab has been updated.

Material Request: We have removed the “Material Request” feature from the Owner-Rep workspace since this is more applicable to General Contractors.

Onboarding Dashboard: When inviting an employee from the onboarding dashboard as a Project Executive account type, the employee will now receive the invitation.

When navigating through bid packages in the onboarding slideout, the “Quoted Items” find out more link now works correctly.

Progress Reports: When creating a Progress Report, you will no longer have to navigate back to the list view and view details again in order to submit a progress report.

Registration: When typing in your password on the account registration page, the button will no longer be greyed out if you retype the password.

RFP’s: When conducting an on-system RFP, vendors will now no-longer receive a notification they have been removed from the bid.

Tasks: Now when navigating from the details of a task, back to the list view of tasks, users will now be taken to the Board instead of the List view.

When adding a new task, users can now properly add files to the respective task and have it properly appear.

Many of these changes were based on your direct feedback as our valued customer. So keep letting us know what you think!
