The IngeniousIO team is excited to share the progress on our dynamic and constantly improving platform! Below are the latest platform enhancements regarding new features, workflow improvements, feature developments, and user-interface upgrades.
Please take a moment to review the latest updates to the IngeniousIO platform (note: the following updates are applied to all workspaces unless otherwise indicated):
New Feature Release (👏 !!!):
Budget / ACR Export: Users can now export the master project budget/ACR to Microsoft Excel with the same format displayed within the workspace.
RFP Bid Leveling Authorization: There is now an export of an individual bid package with all of the bid responses from vendors. This includes a leveling of the quoted item responses and a leveling of responses to questions by each vendor. The export will also display the labeling of recommendations within the app by the project manager for a specific bid. There is also an authorization area for client approval.
Change Order Authorization Export: A PDF export of an individual change order that includes the vendor’s description of the change order, the cost detail of the change order, and all backup files provided by the vendor that will be appended to the PDF export. There is also an authorization area for client approval.
Change Order Request Export for Off-System Vendors: After creating a Change Order Request in the system, for vendors who are not on system to receive the in-app change order request, there is now a PDF export that includes the change order request detail, direction to the vendor, and any files attached to the in-app change order request that will be appended to the Change Order Request for the Off System Vendor PDF.
Change Order Request Authorization to Client: After receiving responses to a change order request, there is now an export to PDF for client authorization. This includes a cover page that has a description of the change order request, all attached files related to the change order request, followed by each vendors change order authorization export and the back up files provided by each individual vendor.
Feature Enhancements (👊 Niiiice):
Master Project Budget/ACR: A new user interface design for simple navigation and entering data. The box fields are highlighted when the user hovers over them and the rows will show an alignment notification to make entering and reviewing costs more efficient and straightforward.
Budget/Fee: Tooltip has been added for the markup field in Proposals, as shown below:
Files: The files component is sorted by name as default and will be alphabetized.
Lists and Templates: There is now a setting to determine if a certain account type can add or edit data within Lists and Templates.
Meeting Minutes: Meeting Minutes have been changed by chronological order for Meeting dates. Conversely, items have been ordered by reverse chronological order from the most recent item created to earliest.
Proposal Details: The RFP Summary, as part of the Proposal, now shows the RFP Summary identical to the RFP module.
Syncing Files: There is now a setting in Company Settings to allow files to be automatically synced and the user will be able to download a copy of it. If a user wants all of the files backed up, that user will specify with a toggle in Company Settings.
Tasks: Task filters have been enhanced to include “All Tasks”, “Created by Me”, and “Assigned to Me.”
Workflow Enhancements (🙌 Yay Efficiency!):
Screen Resolution: This enhancement will show a narrow left navigation bar for users with <1366 px. Smaller screens will automatically show a smaller left navigation bar but users will still have the ability to toggle the lock to extend the bar. This is a default setting that will be reflective of screen size.
