Hello IngeniousIO Community,

The IngeniousIO team is excited to share the progress on our dynamic and constantly improving platform! Below are the latest platform enhancements regarding new features, workflow improvements, feature developments, user-interface upgrades and bug fixes, that were added and/or addressed within the last two weeks.

Please take a moment to review the latest updates to the IngeniousIO platform (note: the following updates are applied to all workspaces unless otherwise indicated):

New Feature Release (👏 Niiiice !!!):

Project Management:

  • Project Listing Page V2:

This new Project Listing page will present a snapshot of information for each project the user is assigned to! The user will be able to see the total current project budget, completion date, and project information - including address, company/client, lead project manager, and status of project.

  • Portfolio View:

Portfolio is a view that allows a user the ability to group projects with a specific client or manually by a certain sector, office location, country, state, city, or status. Within this grouping of projects the ability to see Budget/ACR summaries, funding sources, land, currency and master schedule of all the selected projects can be shared with an internal team and/or a client. This will give the user beneficial information regarding all projects within their portfolio of projects!

Feature & Workflow Enhancements ( 🙌 Yay Efficiency!):

Project Financials:

  • Invoices:

Invoices with a status of ‘rejected’ now have the ability to be edited even after they have received a rejected status. This will allow you to change the status at a later time!

  • Summary of Funding Packages – Detail Sorted by Funding Package

This is the ability to export the funding package detail to view which vendor invoices are covered by which funding sources. Applicable to OwnerIO and RepIO workspace only.

  • Open Book:

Owner (OwnerIO) has the ability to use the shared budget from Owner Rep (RepIO) by default or create their own budget. The user can choose to toggle on or off the Open Book element when setting up a Project Contract! Open Book also works between GCIO and OwnerIO or RepIO.

Project Management:

  • Meeting Minutes:

The Meeting Minute Export will no longer include categories that do not contain data, making the export much more reader friendly!

  • Office Location in Project Settings:

The office location or “Location” setting within your project’s project settings has been updated to allow changing the office location that the project is being connected to.

Bug-Fixes (💥SQUASH!):

  • Several updates have been made to correct areas of bugs/issues in the platform. Some of these areas include the following: Meeting Minutes loading and export issues, corrections to Lists and Templates, Bid Package notifications and exports, Budget/ACR exports, Contract Exports and Retention, Tasks, Project Directory Invites, Change Orders actions and exports, Payroll exports, Filters on lists, creation errors on PayApps, Proposal duplication,
