The IngeniousIO team is excited to share the progress on our dynamic and constantly improving platform! Below are the latest platform enhancements regarding new features, workflow improvements, feature developments, user-interface upgrades and bug fixes, that were added and/or addressed within the last four weeks.

Please take a moment to review the latest updates to the IngeniousIO platform (note: the following updates are applied to all workspaces unless otherwise indicated):

New Feature Release (👏 Niiiice !!!):

Project Financials:

  • New Invoice Type within Invoicing & Pay Applications - “Retention Invoice” allows users to invoice their clients for retention held on their Main Contract and/or to release retention held on behalf of vendors within their Vendor Contracts.

Feature & Workflow Enhancements ( 🙌 Yay Efficiency!):

Project Financials:

  • Bid Packages - Users now have the ability to send Bid Packages to multiple selected vendors at one time.

Project Management:

  • Project Directory Export - Employees listed on the project directory will now be separated by Office Location, which will display the address and office telephone number.

Bug-Fixes (💥SQUASH!):


  • Several updates have been made to correct areas of bugs/issues in the platform. Some of these areas include the following: Pay Applications & Invoices, Filters, Contracts, Invitations, Budget, Change Orders, Project Management, My Business Summary, Bid Packages, Logins, Lists & Templates, Discussions, Company Settings, Project Settings, Project Directory, Meeting Minutes, Employees, RFPs, Portfolio View, Funding Sources
