Process

Within your Project, navigate to Project Settings and then select Distribution Templates tab

Click Create Distribution Template, and provide a name for what this template will be used for

Click on the three dots on the left side of that new template, and click Edit

Click Add and choose contributors for this template

Click Save

Now, navigate to RFIs. Within the Distribution tab, you will see on the drop-down menu that you are able to select the template you just created.
