Change Orders just got more convenient
We know Change Orders can be painful, so we’re here to make your life just a little bit easier when we can. When attaching a Vendor Change Order, you can now click on a button to launch that Change Order in a new tab. If you needed to review again why that cost was so high, well now you can do so with less clicks. By adding it into your Cost Details, we also automatically add it to the Vendor Change Order tab.
Custom tags for your RFIs
We’ve made it easier for you to search through hundreds and thousands (well, hopefully not thousands) of your RFIs by giving you the ability to add tags to your RFIs! This is especially helpful in being able to search or filter by custom tags and grouping similar or related RFIs. To add a tag within the RFI details screen, all you need to do is type in a tag and press enter. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!
Distribution Templates for your RFIs
Are you ready for some more RFI efficiency? Distribution templates can now be configured to group certain users who commonly collaborate on certain types of issues or scopes. Say you have the same 10 people who need to see the responses on all Structural Steel related RFIs; Instead of typing and searching for 10 of these users every single time you create an RFI, all you’d need to do is select that template, and you’re off to the races. This new feature makes distributing RFIs faster than Lightning McQueen.
Increased accessibility for Workspace Administrators
If you are a Workspace Administrator, I know how bad you’ve been itching to write RFIs. Say no more. Administrator account types now have the ability to create RFIs on any project within their workspace. You can thank me if your Project Managers start asking you to write all their RFIs for them.
Custom columns within Kanban Board
It’s the Kanban board’s turn for a glow-up! You can now add your own custom column within the Custom View. Who doesn't love a good organized list?
More clarity on ‘Closed’ items within Meeting Minute Export
We’ve made it more clear when a discussion item has been closed. The greyed-out items mean we never have to talk about them again. Yay for shorter meetings!
Bug-Fixes (💥SQUASH!):
Several updates have been made to correct areas of bugs/issues in the platform. Some of these areas include the following: Invoices, Bid Packages, Budget Changes, Registration, Invitations, Employees, Contacts, Office Locations, Change Orders, Meeting Minutes, Tasks.
