Acknowledging and Closing an RFI
Once an acceptable solution to the question has been provided, the initiator can now acknowledge and close the RFI. This will provide all contributors within this RFI with a notification letting them know the RFI has been closed.
Creating a change order from a closed RFI
Once an RFI is closed, users will be able to create a change order directly from the RFI and be directed to the change order screen where the fields such as the title, description, and cost/schedule impact is automatically populated with information from the RFI.
