Within the Project Settings > Meeting Minutes tab, you can set a Disclaimer to appear on all of your Meeting Minute exports, or allow it to be changed on a meeting by meeting basis.
Within the Project, navigate to the drop-down menu and click Project Settings
Click Meeting Minutes tab, and click Edit
Toggle on / off whether you would like to allow meeting level changes
Add or revise text as needed, then click Save Settings.
Note that this setting can be overridden within the Company Settings, which your Workspace Administrator(s) will have access to.
