Financial Approval Workflows are now available for Change Orders!
Remember approval workflows for project budgets? What about for budget changes? Well, it doesn’t stop there anymore! We’ve now got approval workflows for Change Orders, and it works exactly the same as the previous two. Just go into your Project Settings > Financial Approval Workflow > Change Orders, and add that workflow. You’ll be approving (or rejecting!) change orders, along with your co-workers, in no time. What a fun team bonding activity! 😛
You can now specify the Drawing Set Issue Date!
By popular request, we’ve now added a new field to enter the Issue Date for the Drawing Set you are uploading.’ Let’s hear it for accuracy and efficient book-keeping 👏🏽
Funding Sources just got a little bit more organized within your Portfolios!
Within a Client Portfolio, Funding Sources are now separated into two sections: Client Funding and Other Funding. Within a My Portfolio, Funding Sources are now organized by each of the different Funding Sources for all the Projects within that portfolio. How FUN(ding)!
