Invoices just got a ✨glow-up✨!
You may have noticed that Invoices have been looking a lil’ different 👀 We’ve re-organized the interface to help you focus on the right things at the right time. See for yourself!
...and so did Contracts!
The Summary page is new and improved, with the most important details you need right at the top. Instantly view the Contract Details and Approval Statuses with the added timelines, but we made sure to keep everything else just the way you like it.
Contract approval workflows are here!
Similar to the other approval workflows you know and love, you can now apply the same workflow to your Contracts. Simply configure this in your Project Settings, and you’re golden, Ponyboy!
Manual Unallocated Funds help you have full control of your ACR
This will allow you to manually override the Automatic Calculation Feature of the Unallocated Funds amount in column K. This Manual Override Feature will provide you with more flexibility to forecast the Anticipated Cost, giving you full control of your ACR.
Quickly tell which documents are recently uploaded within RFPs
When new documents are uploaded onto a Bid Package, a “NEW” symbol will appear, indicating that this document has not yet been opened.
