Approvals Inbox, General Approval Settings

Say hello to your not-so-little Approvals Inbox!

Do you ever find yourself writing down a list of approvals you need to provide on a post-it note? Well, you can save those post-it notes to write fun messages to your co-workers instead because the Approvals Inbox is here to serve as a central hub for all your Project Approvals! You can find a list of all workflows in which the ball is in your court, and you can also see a list of all active approvals on the Project. On the last tab, you can see any rejected workflows for reference. All pertinent information will be easily accessible, including the approval initiation date, the number of days the workflow has been open, and critical details of the item to be approved. Tracking approval workflows has never been easier!

You can now specify the level of Client engagement in your approval workflows!

As Owner Reps, you will now be able to specify the level of Client engagement in your Project’s approval workflow processes. Within Project Settings > Financial Approval Workflows, for each financial item, you can choose to disable recording client approval, including items that the Owner Rep is holding in Principal.
