Cash Flow and Forecasting tool is here!!!

Owners, Owner Reps, and GCs can now model projected project costs with our integrated Cash Flow and Forecasting tool! This one is big, so let's break it down!

All cost codes and committed values from the Master Budget/ACR will be pulled
Select the start and end date for each anticipated cost
Select a cost curve type
Our variance calculator will give users instant feedback on their edits
Share with an Owner on-system or export a report for your records

Actual vs. Forecasted Spend

Compare actual and forecasted totals monthly, quarterly, and yearly

Contract External Approvals

Owner Rep’s can now submit vendor contracts for client approval on-system, into the Owner workspace! Follow these steps:

Navigate to Project Settings > Financial Approval Workflows and select “edit”
Change the setting for Contracts to “Send to Client”
Once a contract has been approved internally, a “Submit to Client” button will appear.
Once submitted, the Owner will receive a notification in their workspace.
The Owner can configure an approval workflow if necessary, or manually record their approval.
Once approved, the Owner Rep can proceed with contract execution!

Our Punch List sidebar has a slick new look 🎩

Previously, you were limited to creating punch items within Drawings. To edit, assign, or manage them, you had to open a new window and save revisions. This update makes for a much smoother experience by managing punch items within a tile on the drawing sheet sidebar! Make edits on a task slideout with the same sheet and continue working within your drawings seamlessly!

What’s Next!

2023 is poking its head around the corner and we can’t wait to share the releases in our queue. You can look forward to seeing more updates on our Task module, such as the ability to export tasks and task lists to a PDF and to create task templates. We alsoooo have something long-awaited up our sleeve. Something…very shiny and very cool… But we can’t tell! Stay tuned in the new year!
