Create a Change Order from a Risk Item faster than you can say, “That’s cool!”
Imagine something has suddenly come up and you are updating a task as a risk. Things will need to change🤧. With this update, you can now create a Change Order within the task while it’s still on your mind! Add expected cost, delay, and mitigation strategy and these details will populate in a change order that is attached to the task!

Budget External Approvals are here!
Adding to our growing suite of external approvals found within Project Settings - we give you the ability to submit budgets to Owners on-system! Once a budget is internally approved, the option to “Submit to Client” will appear. Once sent, Owners will receive a notification to review the budget! Easy as that! 🎂

Mobile Specifications (Read Only)😲
Our mobile app will soon have a read-only implementation of specification sets! Users can access the various submitted divisions as well as open and closed comments on the specifications sections. Woohoo!

Auto-Generating Submittals - soon!!
Specifically geared toward the GC, Architect and Subcontractor user segment, we will be shipping the ability to quickly auto-generate submittals from a specification set. This feature will shorten what typically takes hours, sometimes days on other platforms, to a matter of a few clicks and a couple of minutes to complete!

Punch-List Exports
Easily export punch-lists to a PDF for your records💰

Direct Costs
Track Direct Costs on a project and have those costs reflected on the Master Budget (Wooow 🤔) giving the user an all encompassing view of the financial health of their project. Users will be able to enter in direct costs and manage those against their cost code breakdown!

RFP/Bid Packages Re-skin
Soon, our RFP/Bid Package process will be hitting the town looking squeaky clean. We’ve improved user experience for external RFP invites and are giving the entire process a new look and feel.

Daily Reports
Daily Reports will provide subcontractors an easy way to report daily to general contractors on various jobsite occurrences such as staffing, delays, progress and next steps. This feature will provide transparency and a short feedback-loop for contractors to communicate effectively on a project. A huge overhaul and we are thrilled for this one!

Many of these changes were based on your direct feedback as our valued customer. So don't be shy, respond to this email and let us know what you think!
