Track Direct Costs and see your project health clearly 🕵🏻♂️
Now within your budget module , users now have the ability to track direct costs and have them reflected on a Project Budget!! Important to note here:
The ability to assign a cost type to your cost code template.
Simply enter a direct cost, assign it a cost code and cost type, and see the value reflected under “Pending Direct Costs”.
Once approved, this value will be reflected under “Approved Direct Costs"
Mobile Specifications (Read Only)😲
Yay, new things on mobile! We’ve just implemented specifications with a read-only format. Users can access the various submitted divisions as well as open and closed comments on the specifications sections. Details on the go; now you can immediately check if that caulking joint is actually supposed to be a bright… red?? Someone better make a punch item for that…

It’s exactly what it sounds like 😉 Now available within “Actions” of your Punch List is the ability to export to a PDF! See your images and punch item details listed in a digestible format!

Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Contract Management
Coming soon, we have a new agreement type offering! The Initial & Final, or “GMP”, where a contractor’s contract sum is not allowed to exceed a specific maximum price. Further functionality in this feature allows a user to amend the Initial Contract value, providing accurate financial analytics once the customer executes a final contract. In addition, it will allow an owner to hire a contractor before final project specifications are complete. We know this is big and we are pumped to get across the finish line!!
RFP/Bid Packages Re-Skin
Soon, our RFP/Bid Package process will be hitting the town looking squeaky clean. We've improved user experience for external RFP invites and are giving the entire process a new look and feel.
Project Schedule
We will be completely overhauling the project schedule module and adding an enhanced feature set that will allow users to keep track of their schedule throughout the lifecycle of the project! This feature is especially attractive for the connectivity to other features in our platform. Stay tuned all spring for fun updates on this feature as well!
