Revert Off-System Paid Invoice to Draft

In this guide, we will walk you through reverting an off-system paid invoice to draft status as a workspace administrator. Please note that the ability to revert on-system paid invoices is limited to our customer support team. Let's dive in and learn how to use this feature.

Step 1:

To begin, navigate to the invoice and pay application module. This is where you'll find all your invoices, both on-system and off-system.

Step 2:

Off-system invoices are distinguishable by the presence of the Ingenious logo when you hover over them. This logo indicates that the invoice is off-system and can be reverted to draft status. Take a moment to identify the specific off-system paid invoice that you wish to revert.

Step 3:

After identifying the off-system paid invoice, click on it to open its details. Within the invoice details page, you'll find various actions you can perform. Click the "Revert to Draft" option. Click on the "Revert to Draft" option. A confirmation prompt may appear to ensure you want to proceed.

Step 4:

Once you've initiated the "Revert to Draft" action, the invoice will be reverted from its paid status to draft status. This allows you to make necessary changes or adjustments to the invoice.

Please keep in mind that only off-system paid invoices can be reverted by workspace administrators. On-system paid invoices cannot be reverted through this process.
