This guide is on importing companies and contacts! Whether you're bringing in a few new companies or many contacts, this article will walk you through the process seamlessly. Let's dive in!

1. Navigating to Company Import
You can start by using the left navigating menu:
Click on the "Contacts" option within the menu.
Within the "Contacts" section, select "Companies" as your first destination.
2. Checking Existing Companies
Before you import contacts, please make sure that the target company already exists within your workspace. If it doesn't, you have two options:
Adding a New Company Manually:
Importing Multiple Companies:
3. Importing Companies
Once you've filled out the import template:
Return to the "Import Companies" section.
Upload the filled import template.
Your companies will be successfully imported.
4. Adding Contacts to Existing Companies
After successfully importing companies, you can proceed to add contacts:
Go to the left navigation menu, contacts, and contacts
We can either add contacts manually using the "Add Contacts"
Or import contacts in bulk

5. Importing Contacts in Bulk
If you're adding multiple contacts to each company:
Go to "Import Contacts."
Download the import template download from the "Information" tab, similar to the previous step.
Fill in the required contact information as indicated in the template.
Upload the completed template.
6. Verification
Once uploaded, your contacts will appear on the platform.
If any errors or issues arise:
For companies that aren't in the system, you'll receive a prompt stating that the company doesn't exist.
In such cases, add the company before proceeding with the contacts import
