Job openings with more than 1000 registered, active, or inactive talents are considered high-volume openings on InHire.
To ensure better usability performance for these openings, we have developed a different way of managing them. All the unique features for these openings contribute to faster loading! Below are the changes in behavior for these openings:
01) List Mode vs. Kanban Mode
In openings with more than 1000 registered talents, only the List Mode will be available. The Kanban Mode is removed from use. This is because Kanban is a mode designed for individual activities with talents, and in a high-volume opening, it is more common to perform bulk actions rather than individual ones. Moreover, the Kanban Mode is technically demanding for the software, which can lead to slower loading times for the opening if used.
02) End-to-End Analytics
End-to-End Analytics cannot be used for this type of opening. However, if your company has a custom dashboard on InHire, these analyses can be integrated into it.
03) Batch Test Sending
It will not be possible to send batch tests within high-volume openings. The ideal is to use the automation flow for sending.
04) Listing Quantity
You can define whether you want a page in the listing to display 10, 50, or 100 talents.
05) Bulk Actions
To perform bulk actions, you can select a maximum of 1000 talents at a time. For example, if you want to send an email to 1300 talents, you will need to select the first 1000, perform the action, and then repeat the process with the remaining 300.
06) Talent List
You may not have noticed, but when we perform bulk actions in InHire, talents are individually listed on the side. See the example below:
This will not happen in a high-volume opening to ensure faster loading. All actions will be executed normally, but without the individual visualization of the talents – this does not cause any inconvenience since in this type of opening, actions are performed with hundreds of talents at the same time.
These are the main differences in managing a high-volume opening on InHire!
