Today, it is possible to create a new job posting identical or similar to a previous one. You can choose which information you'd like to copy.

Which information is copied in the job posting duplicate?

  • Job information (description, department, client, job seniority, maximum salary, ideal salary, hiring format, location, custom fields, seniority) *All fields will be transferred with the filled information.

  • Job stages

  • Tags/Labels created

  • Automations

  • Diversity Questions (if enabled on the job posting)

  • Custom Screening Form

  • Tests

  • Job Description

  • Scorecard

  • Interview Kit

  • Application confirmation email (if configured)

Which data is not copied in the job posting duplicate?

  • Candidates

  • Job requisition

  • Positions

You can start the duplication in three different ways:

  1. By clicking on the 3 dots on the line of the job posting you'd like to duplicate

  2. By clicking the + Create Job button on the left sidebar

  3. By clicking the Create Job button in the upper right corner of the screen

During the duplication process, InHire will display all the configuration screens from the previous job posting. You can choose to keep the same information or edit the data that will be different for the new hiring process (Example: International Job, change the country).

If any information is not copied, InHire will identify in which data this occurred.

How to locate the duplicated job posting?

After duplication, the new job posting will be saved with the word "Copy" in its name.

You can search the job center using the term "copy" or by the job posting name.

For any questions or suggestions, don't hesitate to contact us through the InHire Chat, located in the bottom right corner of the screen.
